Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to design, develop, and integrate complex systems for military, aerospace, and defense applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and performance specifications.
• Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to validate designs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and verification reports.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering within the military, aerospace, or defense industry.
• Proven experience with systems integration, requirements management, and lifecycle processes.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of systems architecture, modeling tools (e.g., SysML, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Expertise in requirements analysis, risk management, and verification & validation.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
