Senior Quality Engineer – Manufacturing Hub, Metro Manila

About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer (also known as Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, or Quality Assurance Engineer) will join a leading manufacturing hub in Metro Manila. The position focuses on ensuring product integrity through rigorous documentation in the Non-Conformance Management (NCM) system and active participation in cross‑functional module meetings with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Control teams. Core responsibilities include tracking line issues, driving corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Responsibilities

• Document all non‑conformances using the Non‑Conformance Management (NCM) system.
• Record corrective actions and follow‑up status within the NCM platform.
• Participate in module meetings with the Manufacturing department to review line performance.
• Participate in module meetings with Process Engineering to align process capability goals.
• Participate in module meetings with Maintenance to address equipment‑related deviations.
• Participate in module meetings with Production Control to synchronize production schedules.
• Discuss line issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Deal with corrective actions, ensuring timely implementation and verification.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Non‑Conformance Management (NCM) systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Control teams.
• Strong analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings in module meetings.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and continuous improvement methodologies.
