Creative Project Manager (Freelance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a freelance Creative Project Manager to join our Growth Creative Team in Amsterdam. The role involves coordinating and driving multi‑media projects—from content creation to motion graphics—through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee creative projects across various media formats.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and motion graphic artists to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Deliver regular status reports and post‑project evaluations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing creative projects in advertising, digital media, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of content creation, motion graphics, video production, and digital assets.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in graphic design, video editing, or motion graphics.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
