Staff Engineer (Full Stack)

Location: Delhi

Role Overview: Staff Engineer (Full Stack) responsible for designing, developing, and scaling web platform, data tools, and user experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement full‑stack features for enterprise‑grade applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality code.
• Maintain and improve performance, security, and scalability of web services.
• Drive adoption of best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back‑end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database systems (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security, performance optimization, and enterprise certification requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
