About the Role

The Technical Support Engineer (also known as a Field Support Engineer, On‑site Support Engineer, or Systems Support Engineer) will work directly with customers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality service for battery management systems and related renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain energy storage systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on‑site promptly to guarantee system reliability.
• Collaborate with project engineers to verify system performance against design specifications.
• Document service activities and update maintenance logs in accordance with preventive maintenance protocols.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on optimal operation of grid stabilization equipment.
